Experienced Social Dancers :

Experienced partner dance teaching for beginners to advanced dancers; Ballroom Dancing, Latin, Argentine Tango, bespoke choreography and more. Fully qualified professional teachers with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance in the UK, we teach syllabus and advanced technique and choreography to suit your dancing development. We actively develop our own dancing with some of the worlds finest coaches and pass this knowledge to our couples where appropriate.

Amateur Competitors :

For those wanting to improve their competitive performances, we understand the requirements of the modern competitive circuit well and have a proven successful track record with amateur competitors for ballroom dancing and Latin American with both advanced technique and choreography development.

Wedding Dance Services :

Private teaching for wedding dances from a classy slow-dance to bespoke show dances. We have choreographed for many wedding dances. Some prefer a simple slow dance together which we can usually teach with one lesson, others have been adventurous and learnt bespoke choreographed dances to impress all the guests. Think about that favourite song you would like to dance to and we will help give you the confidence to look good on the dance floor together.

Taking the First Steps? :

We have taught thousands of complete beginners to dance. Whilst beginner group lessons are a great way share the fun of learning from scratch, we appreciate private lessons are more convenient sometimes and therefore we also offer private lessons to beginner couples too.

Further Information :

Our private lessons are taught mainly from venues near to or in Bath. Prices are per couple per 50 minute lesson. Our annual membership fee is £10ea. Please note we only teach private lessons to couples. For private lessons, we are typically booked up several months in advance. Use the Booking function at the top of this page to find a suitable slot and book in. Once you have booked please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy whereby if you should have to cancel or do not make your lesson without giving us at least 48 hours notice, we would still have to charge in full for the lesson.

Viva La Dance run a range of dance classes in Bath & Trowbridge catering for beginners to higher level dancers in Ballroom, Latin American & Argentine Tango. We teach a huge number of dancers across and beyond these areas including Corsham, Chippenham, Devizes, Keynsham, Saltford, Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury, Frome, Radstock, Swindon and further afield. Learning to dance is a wonderful journey, but you need to be patient. If you are prepared to make a few mistakes, and are keen to learn, we can teach you. We teach a broad range of styles in our partner dance world: waltz, quickstep, Viennese waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Social Foxtrot, cha cha cha, rumba, jive, paso doble, samba and Argentine tango. Some are easier to get going than others but all of them together make for a great time at any party, dance, ball or other occasion and open up a whole world of fun, friends and laughter.
