Termly fees can be paid here and are due in full up to 24 hours before the first class of a new term. We cannot accept payment at the venues and must have a pre-booked list prior to setting off for the venues which is often several hours before the start of your normal class time.
If you cannot attend a class or classes during this period, it is not possible to refund, or to roll over payments or classes to the next period. If we should have to cancel a class (for example due to snow, illness or similar) which would have taken place during your pre-paid period, we will make good via refund, or, if it is acceptable to you, offer credit. It may not be possible to hop between venues in the short to medium term as we carefully manage the classes but we will do our best. All payments are final and non-refundable.
