5-week Modern Sequence Courses

This course will be starting from the first week in July 2014 and is aimed mainly at those with some prior Ballroom and Latin experience wanting to learn some modern sequence.

The five-week courses will be offered on Wednesdays at Wesley Road Club, Trowbridge, from 3rd July, and Thursdays at Corsham Community Centre, from 4th July. Both courses will run at 7pm - 8pm for the five weeks.

There are two ways to pay for this course, pay-as-you-go, or pre-payment. Pay-as-you-go is £6.50 per week for members. You can save by Pre-payment for the course which costs £25 per person. All payments are non-refundable.

Please book inadvance by telephoning or e-mailing us, letting us know you will be attending. Payment is not due until the first class. You can book as a couple or individually although you must bring a partner to dance with during the class as we do not rotate partners during the class.

The two courses will offer slightly different sequences taught :

Trowbridge - Mayfair Quickstep, Rumba One, Catherine Waltz, & Sweet Bay Salsa
Corsham - Square Tango, Saunter Together, Sally Ann Cha Cha Cha, & Sweet Bay Salsa

Learning to dance is a wonderful journey, but you need to be patient. If you are prepared to make a few mistakes, and are keen to learn, we can teach you. We teach a broad range of styles in our partner dance world: waltz, quickstep, Viennese waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Social Foxtrot, cha cha cha, rumba, jive, paso doble, samba and Argentine tango. Some are easier to get going than others but all of them together make for a great time at any party, dance, ball or other occasion and open up a whole world of fun, friends and laughter.
