Dancing during the Covid pandemic

Thank you to all those who completed the expression of interest form which is now closed. We will be listing the class options, details and booking details at 9am on Sunday 23rd August. Places will be limited and on a first-booked, first-served basis.

Please do not book until you are certain you would like to attend, have read the Policy we have put in place and think you feel comfortable with that. We are looking forward to getting as many dancing as possible again in the coming weeks; it has been too long!

Our Covid Safe Operating Procedures and Covid Risk Assesments should be read and downloaded by following the links but are subject to continual review. If you decide for any reason you are not comfortable then we completely understand. Note face covering will be required (unless exempt) at all venues but may optionally be removed whilst dancing. We have obviously been doing everything possible and will continue our ethos to do everything as professionally as possible in our new operating practices from September. We cannot wait to get back to dancing!

Viva La Dance run a range of dance classes in Bath & Trowbridge catering for beginners to higher level dancers in Ballroom, Latin American & Argentine Tango. We teach a huge number of dancers across and beyond these areas including Corsham, Chippenham, Devizes, Keynsham, Saltford, Bristol, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Warminster, Westbury, Frome, Radstock, Swindon and further afield. Learning to dance is a wonderful journey, but you need to be patient. If you are prepared to make a few mistakes, and are keen to learn, we can teach you. We teach a broad range of styles in our partner dance world: waltz, quickstep, Viennese waltz, Tango, Slow Foxtrot, Social Foxtrot, cha cha cha, rumba, jive, paso doble, samba and Argentine tango. Some are easier to get going than others but all of them together make for a great time at any party, dance, ball or other occasion and open up a whole world of fun, friends and laughter.
